    Return Policy

    General Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • Return Window: The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films.

    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

    • Customized or personalized phone cases (if offered).

    • Gift cards.


    2. Return Process

    1. Request: To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support Team at evercase25@gmail.com or through our website's contact form. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

    2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

    3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see Section 4). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.


    3. Refunds

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

    • Inspection: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

    • Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

      • Items with obvious signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects.


    4. Exchanges and Defective/Damaged Items

    📦 Defective or Damaged Products

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt due to a manufacturing fault.

    • If your EverCase product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

    • Upon verification, EverCase will cover the cost of return shipping (either by providing a pre-paid label or reimbursing the cost) and ship a replacement item to you at no additional charge.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable).

    🔄 Exchanges

    We currently do not offer standard exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    5. International Returns

    For orders shipped outside of United States:

    • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

    • EverCase will not be responsible for customs or duties incurred on the returned package. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned or returned to the customer at their expense.
