Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
The time required to prepare your order before it is shipped is separate from the transit time.

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1β3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Destinations
EverCase currently offers shipping services to a select list of countries. We are continuously working to expand our reach, but at this time, we only accept orders for shipment to the following destinations:

If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship to you at this time. Please check back later for updates.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all EverCase orders shipped to the selected countries listed in Section 2.

Note on Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They do not include our 1β3 business day processing time. Delivery may take longer due to customs delays, local carrier issues, or high seasonal volume.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
EverCase is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your destination country's customs authority.
6. Damages, Loss, and Misdelivery

EverCase is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, please note that this may result in slightly extended delivery times.
